Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role:

• Join an early-stage AI engineering software team building tools for designing physical systems.
• Help accelerate product development and take ownership from idea through production.
• Contribute to a more agent-driven approach to software development.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with a frontend engineer to improve the product UI and speed up production releases.
• Gradually take on backend-leaning full stack work, including features, infrastructure, and systems.
• Own features end to end, including architecture, deployment, and reliability.

What We're Looking For:

• Three to ten years of experience as a software or full stack engineer, including startup experience.
• Backend-focused full stack skills with .NET, React, and TypeScript, and comfort using AI coding agents.
• Based in the United States or Canada and able to work without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $200,000 to $275,000 USD annually.
• Remote with candidates based in Canada or the United States.
• One week on-site in San Mateo, California, every six weeks.
