Job Description
Security Solutions:
- Design, implement, and operate security technologies.
- Deploy security solutions in enterprise environments.
- Improve the reliability, performance, and security of IT services.
Microsoft Defender and Sophos:
- Operate and manage Microsoft Defender.
- Operate and manage Sophos Intercept X and SG/XG Firewalls.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Defender, Sophos, and related security tools.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incident, change, and problem tickets related to security systems
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors on implementation projects.
- Support onboarding, training, and documentation for security tools and procedures.
