About the Role:
- Advance research and practical methods for AI agents.
- Contribute to technical direction of an AI agent platform.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and improve AI methods across the lifecycle of reliable agents.
- Design approaches to simulate, evaluate, and optimize agent behavior.
- Turn research ideas into prototypes and production capabilities.
What We're Looking For:
- PhD in CS or ML with 1-10+ years of experience.
- Research experience with AI agents and publications.
- Strong Python and familiarity with LLMs and RL.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $130,000 to $200,000 USD annually.
- Visa sponsorship available.
- Remote within the United States.
