About the Role:

- You will advance agentic AI through original research, experimentation, and practical capabilities.
- The work helps turn prototypes into robust workflows.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and improve AI methods, algorithms, and systems across the lifecycle of reliable agents.
- Create new approaches for simulating, evaluating, and optimizing agent behavior in real-world settings.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate AI advances into practical value.
What We're Looking For:
- A PhD in computer science, machine learning, or a closely related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and a research-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Research experience with AI agents, evaluation systems, and related applications.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $130,000 to $200,000 USD annually.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
- Remote within the United States.
