About the Role:
- Build practical AI research assets that support Frontier lab initiatives and customer engagements.
- Work with autonomy, experimenting with new approaches and developing reusable solutions.
- Partner closely with the GenAI Research team and cross-functional stakeholders.
Your Impact:
- Build RL and agent environments, benchmarks, and evaluation harnesses for model and data quality.
- Develop LLM pipelines and agentic systems for research, evaluation, and customer trials.
- Document experiments, configurations, and results for reproducibility.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in CS, Engineering, ML, or related field with 3+ years of industry experience.
- Strong software engineering skills and hands-on experience with agentic systems, RL environments, or LLM pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and move quickly from idea to working solution.
