The Role:
- Build the Learning Gym, a sandboxed environment for training and evaluating AI agents on real Niural workflows.
- Engineer rewards and verifiers from ground truth, and run reinforcement learning loops to train agents.
What We're Looking For:
- Published peer-reviewed paper and foundational AI/ML knowledge.
- Strong Python and engineering skills, including Docker, APIs, and databases.
- Reinforcement learning literacy and agent systems experience.
