Platform Engineer

QSIC is seeking a Platform Engineer to manage our distributed fleet of media players and smart speakers across North and Central America. This role requires collaboration with the Engineering, Product, and Operations teams. Responsibilities include improving build and deployment processes for RaspberryPi-based media players, investigating network issues, and building tools in Bash and Golang. You will refine observability pipelines, investigate hardware and software issues, and play a key role in modeling good engineering practices. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both scripting and troubleshooting network configurations. You will contribute to designing and implementing fleet management tools, ensuring high-quality in-store experiences while maintaining a fast and safe engineering environment.
