As a Technical Duty Officer/Incident Commander (SRE) you will own the incident management process, ensuring it drives enduring reliability across all products and services within Xero. You will provide expert leadership during critical outages, coordinating multiple teams to ensure streamlined decision-making and quick resolution, while advocating for the transformation to a world-leading SRE organization.

Responsible for the daily monitoring of the company's existing business systems and cloud servers, and handles common problems in system use; responsible for the daily monitoring and problem handling of related components of basic service products on the public cloud platform to ensure system performance, quality and security; and 7*24 hour shifts to respond to fault handling.
