This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to executive-level client stakeholders, guiding them with tailored, strategic insights aligned with their business goals. Lead high-stakes client engagements, addressing complex challenges and unlocking growth opportunities. You will co-create long-term strategies with clients, positioning DISQO as a critical partner, and proactively address client health concerns. Represent DISQO as a thought leader in advertising effectiveness, developing content and sharing best practices with customers. Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance insights delivery and optimize workflows impacting customer experience, driving innovation in scalable solutions aligned with DISQO’s growth strategies. Cultivate deep relationships with C-suite decision-makers, collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams to create tailored engagement plans and act as an escalation point for high-profile clients. Partner with senior leadership to align client strategies, mentor team members, and advocate for customer needs, influencing product roadmaps to deliver innovative solutions.
