Staff Security Operations Specialist

Your role:

• Own how Workleap detects, investigates, and responds to threats across Workleap and ShareGate.
• Build the AI layer that runs detection and response, turning noise into actionable findings.
• Work as a hands-on staff individual contributor with no direct reports.

Your impact:

• Build the pipeline that runs security operations end to end: integrations, agentic system, and Jira routing.
• Define trust models for agents, deciding what they close alone, recommend, or escalate.
• Drive false positives out of security tooling and own detection engineering as code mapped to MITRE ATT&CK.

Your team:

• Report to Director of Infrastructure and Security and work daily with Staff Application Security Specialist and tooling team.
• Deliver on fixed dates, own outcomes end to end, in an Azure-first environment.
• Small team with wide mandate, tracking work in Jira.
