The Role:

• You will own benefits, compensation, and equity administration.
• You will work with leadership, Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and People Operations.
• This role is ideal for a hands-on total rewards generalist wanting to grow a team.

What You’ll Do:

• Own benefits program across hourly, salaried, and international employees.
• Document compensation philosophy and run merit cycles.
• Partner with Recruiting on offers and equity administration.

What We’re Looking for:

• 5+ years in Total Rewards with ownership across benefits, compensation, and equity.
• Experience building programs in high-growth companies.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with AI and automation.
