Total Rewards Senior Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Own Total Rewards strategy, compensation governance, benefits design, and wellbeing programs across the U.S. and Canada.
• Lead comp cycles, market benchmarking, pay equity, and equity program design with Finance and Legal.
• Build policies, decision tools, and communications that make rewards equitable and scalable.

What We're Looking For:

• Significant progressive Total Rewards experience with deep compensation expertise and exposure to benefits or wellbeing.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data judgment, with experience managing brokers, vendors, and renewals.
• Ability to influence leaders and explain complex rewards topics clearly.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with U.S. and Canadian leave program design.
• Interest in using AI and automation to scale personalized rewards.
