About the Role:
- Oversee the Graphic Design Team, delegating tasks by strengths.
- Coach interns and support their professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate design projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide creative direction and feedback on design concepts.
- Review work and conduct design critiques for consistency.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Visual/Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related.
- Adobe Suite experience required; Canva and Google Workspace preferred.
- Strong remote communicator and self-starter.
Compensation:
