Analytics & Finance Manager, International

About the role:

• Apply strategic thinking and deep quantitative expertise to own and scale analytics for international business.
• Partner closely with senior international leaders to evaluate performance, surface opportunities, and drive execution.
• Build durable analytics infrastructure and translate complex data into clear business insights.

In this role, you will:

• Own analytics for Grüns’ international business, serving as a trusted partner to international leadership.
• Identify business challenges and growth opportunities and leverage data to make strategic and tactical recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast impact of new strategies and measure performance.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a BS/MS degree in a quantitative or computational field and has 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Has high proficiency with SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience with Looker Dashboards.
• Possesses exceptional communication skills and a growth mindset, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
