Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Somethings Peer Support Specialist Mentors on a set schedule.
- Ensure safety and clinical effectiveness of Mentors and teens.
- Provide A+ documentation and regular updates to Clinical Ops.
Requirements:
- Licensed mental health provider (LPCC, LCSW, LMHC) in North Carolina.
- Experience supervising clinicians or mental health providers.
- Strong knowledge of ACT, DBT, and CBT modalities.
