What You'll Do:
- Own Fi's data platform and analytics roadmap: model device, membership, and operational data into pipelines and warehouse layers.
- Design and maintain event-driven, incremental pipelines over raw device telemetry.
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of four analysts; run their pipeline of work and unblock them technically.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years in analytics, BI, data engineering, or analytics engineering, including building a data function.
- Experience leading analysts with a point of view on development.
- Deep SQL and hands-on work in modern warehouse and orchestration stacks (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Airflow, dbt).
