Data Lead - Central Data Team

About The Role:

• The Central Data team builds standardized data products, methodologies, and systems that power all downstream business lines.
• As a Central Data Lead, you'll own a foundational data domain end-to-end, designing reusable systems that enable faster, more confident decision-making.
• You'll partner with a Technical Product Manager and Data Engineering Manager to drive domain evolution.

As Our Central Data Lead You Will:

• Own the lifecycle of your data domain from raw processing to downstream product confidence.
• Design validation frameworks and QA systems that proactively detect issues like bias and representativeness.
• Build reusable methodologies that scale across Investor, Corporate, and Data Feeds teams.

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• You have 6-8+ years of data analytics experience with expert SQL and Python/PySpark fluency.
• You have led complex, ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders and a bias toward action.
• You reason about bias and representativeness, communicate complex concepts clearly, and are energized by building.
