Head of Data, Private Investor

About The Role:

• Own data methodology, quality, and accuracy for private-company insights.
• Lead the work that gives investors confidence in how private AI & Software companies perform.
• Scale the data function from 1 to 10, starting as a player-coach.

You Will:

• Set data strategy and prioritization, weighing accuracy, coverage, cost, and complexity.
• Design and maintain a world-class QA system, building truth data benchmark sets.
• Partner with AI and Data Engineering teams to drive scaled entity resolution via AI-tagging.

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• You have 8+ years in data-intensive roles with a track record of owning data quality.
• You are a true player-coach, excited to work hands-on and build a team.
• You have deep technical fluency, write SQL, and can design or critique pipeline architecture.
