About the Role:
- Serve as scientific authority on ground truth, testing whether AI agents can reason like an expert biologics development scientist.
- Cover monoclonal antibodies, Fc-fusions, and bispecifics in the window after lead nomination and before IND.
What You'll Do:
- Build tasks and datasets from real development workflows, including developability triage, analytical characterization, PK/FcRn reasoning, immunogenicity, and FIH dose projection.
- Set hard calls that distinguish real liabilities from artifacts and score agent confidence, rewarding explicit uncertainty.
