Bioanalytical Technical Proposal Manager

What your days will look like:

• Partner with Business Development, Contracts Management, Proposal Management, and Financial Management to deliver proposals that are scientifically accurate, polished, and built around what each sponsor actually needs.
• Draft and shape proposals, RFP responses, and client-specific proposal text, and team up with operational subject matter experts to ensure every proposal is complete and robust.
• Join client calls about RFPs, RFIs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and support bid defense preparation and meetings.

What you bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or another STEM field, with hands-on knowledge of bioanalytical processes such as biomarkers, assay technologies, ligand binding assays, immunogenicity, and molecular assays.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, plus experience preparing instructional materials, presentations, and written documentation.
• Comfort in a fast-paced matrix organization and experience working with teams across countries and cultures, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
