Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze RFPs and study protocols to develop proposal text, budgets, and pricing models.
- Interpret customer requirements and ensure proposal accuracy through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in proposal strategy discussions and customer meetings, and conduct quality reviews.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Proposal Development or similar functions.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills, with knowledge of budgeting and pricing methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in CRO, Clinical Research, or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience interpreting study protocols and clinical trial requirements.
- Exposure to customer-facing proposal or pricing activities.
