In this 100% remote contract role, you will provide payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers, fielding requests such as card activation, program eligibility, and explanation/troubleshooting of submission rejection. Job Responsibilities include providing initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax or other available means of contact, assessing the user's issue and providing first level support for problem resolution.

Play a critical part in supporting Strategic Business Development (SBD) leaders, Clinical business developers (BDs) and sales management by driving internal operations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and enabling commercial success. Manage sales performance metrics, maintain Large Pharma M&A and pipeline trackers, streamline contracted Gross New Business (cGNB) reporting, and support the internal RFP/RFI/bid defense processes.
