About the Role:
- Provide one-on-one education about diabetes treatments and resources via multiple channels.
- Work from a dedicated home workspace and follow program guidelines strictly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, 3+ years as CDE or CDCES, complete understanding of diabetes care.
- Preferred: healthcare certification, contact center experience, bilingual (Spanish).
Schedule & Location:
- Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-8:00 PM ET, with schedule flexibility required.
- Must have authorization to work in the US and a quiet home workspace.
