Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer education, training, and support for Omnipod products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure patient success.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and document interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' insulin pump patient training experience.
- Current CDECS and state licensure required.
- Contact center experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary: $87,200-$130,850 plus incentives.
