Communication
Role:
- Provide individualized clinical education and treatment-support services to patients and caregivers remotely.
- Help patients understand treatment plans and identify barriers to adherence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured outreach, document interactions, and escalate clinical or safety concerns per protocols.
- Manage caseload and collaborate with case management and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Current clinical license (RN, NP, PA, SLP, OT, PT, PharmD) and 2+ years patient support experience.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and CRM/EHR skills.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay $50-$57 plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and other benefits.
