About the Role:
- This is a fully remote, 1099 contract position with flexible hours, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- You will make outbound calls to patients, educate them on remote care programs, and enroll those who wish to participate.
What You'll Do:
- Make 8-15 outbound calls per hour, using call scripts to explain program benefits.
- Enter required data into the 1bios system and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in patient outreach via text/email and take incoming campaign responses.
Who You Are:
- An excellent English speaker who can communicate slowly and clearly with elderly patients.
- A warm, empathetic, and self-motivated individual comfortable on the phone for most of your shift.
- Tech-savvy with a quiet, private workspace and reliable internet.
Compensation:
- $15 per hour base pay plus a $5 bonus for each completed enrollment.
- Top performers average over $30 per hour with flexible scheduling and remote work.
