Member Engagement Specialist

About the Role:

• This fully remote position focuses on building meaningful connections with prospective members of a kidney health management program.
• You will engage with individuals across multiple channels, establish trust, and guide them through the enrollment journey.

Accountabilities:

• Proactively contact prospective members, explain program benefits, and encourage enrollment.
• Meet engagement targets by educating members, addressing concerns, and demonstrating program value.
• Document interactions accurately and collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or member engagement.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and HIPAA compliance is preferred.
