WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Make outbound calls to 80-100 prospective members daily to educate them on Thyme Care services and encourage enrollment.
- Build trusting relationships by listening deeply and understanding each member's needs.
- Carefully document member needs and preferences to support the care team.
THIS ROLE IS IDEAL FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO:
- Have experience in sales roles with strong listening and objection-handling skills.
- Are recent college graduates with 1+ years in a fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare or startups.
- Possess a member-first approach and are motivated by the mission to help people with cancer.
