About the job:
- The Enrollment MA serves as the primary point of contact for identifying and enrolling patients into Vynca's palliative care program.
- You will conduct targeted outreach calls, complete eligibility screenings, and schedule patients for initial visits with nurse practitioners.
- Success requires motivational interviewing and health literacy-aware communication.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct telephonic outreach to patients using standard messaging and patient-centered communication.
- Complete structured screenings to determine eligibility and educate patients on palliative care.
- Coordinate logistics for smooth handoff from enrollment to care.
Your experience and qualifications:
- Current CMA or CCMA certificate required.
- 2 years healthcare experience, with 1 year telephonic customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications.
