Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound telephone outreach to patients to introduce Evergreen's pharmacy service and guide them through enrollment.
- Deliver clear, standardized messaging over the phone to drive consistent enrollment decisions.
- Obtain and document patient consent, update EHR, and manage outreach queues.
Qualifications:
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA) required.
- Experience in telephonic, call-center, or high-volume patient outreach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with EHR.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range of $19-$23 per hour.
- Paid time off starting at 4 weeks, plus 12 paid holidays.
