About the Role:

  • This is a remote, overnight position supporting Cooper 365, providing both clinical and administrative leadership.
  • Serve as the liaison for clinicians, patients, and the care team to ensure access to care is met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all Cooper 365 phone matters, including scheduling, check-in/out, and resolving patient complaints.
  • Provide medical assistant support including vitals, EHR maintenance, and document scanning.
  • Process referrals, recertifications, prior authorizations, and new patient contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Medical Assistant with 3-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong medical terminology, EHR knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and demonstrate leadership aptitude.
