What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Annual Wellness Visit questionnaires over the phone with patients.
- Make outbound calls to schedule and complete screenings.
- Accurately document patient information in EMR systems.
What Success Looks Like:
- Comfortable handling high call volume daily.
- Maintain efficient call times under 30 minutes.
- Consistently meet productivity expectations of ~1.1 screenings per hour.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Medical Assistant (required).
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
- Tech-savvy with EMR and Microsoft Office experience.
Compensation & Perks:
- $17–$18/hour based on experience.
