What You'll Do:
- Conduct telephonic outreach to prospective members and walk them through the Imagine app download and enrollment process.
- Overcome objections and effectively communicate Imagine's services to families.
- Coordinate with the Local Outreach Team and use dashboards to prioritize outreach.
What You Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in outreach, customer service, or call center roles.
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.

- Hourly range of $20-$22 plus monthly bonus incentive.
