Responsibilities:
- Make 60+ outbound calls a day, responding to patients interested in clinical trials.
- Answer incoming calls and assess preliminary eligibility against protocol criteria.
- Pass qualified patients to senior recruiters for detailed screening.
Requirements:
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Prior customer service experience required; call center experience a plus.
