Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Schedule patient appointments accurately using the organization's EMR system.
  • Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information during calls.

Qualifications:

  • One to two years of experience in customer service, quality, or auditing.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Bengali, Korean, Albanian, or similar language.
  • Ability to pass a typing test with at least 40 WPM.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote position with a requirement to provide own equipment and maintain reliable high-speed internet.
  • Schedules available between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Sunday.
  • Must have a private workspace for confidential conversations and HIPAA compliance.
