Role:

  • Communicate with patients via phone, email, and text in an omni-channel fashion.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately within the EMR system.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and respond to patient questions related to appointments, billing, and clinic processes.

Qualifications:
