What You'll Own:
- Place a high volume of outbound calls to eligible health plan members.
- Introduce Mae's services and explain how members benefit from doula support.
- Guide members through enrollment and track call activity in internal tools.
What Success Looks Like:
- Complete 100+ outbound calls per day and meet enrollment goals.
- Convert live conversations into completed enrollments with compassion.
- Maintain organization with call notes and follow-ups.
Experience We're Looking For:
- 1 to 3 years in outbound outreach, patient engagement, or high-volume call center environment.
- Proven ability to meet conversion goals and comfort with high call volume.
- Strong verbal communication and ability to build trust quickly.
