About the Role:

You will be the first point of contact for eligible families, introducing them to Nest's whole-family care model.
This is a 100% remote position with a focus on telephonic and text outreach to meet sign-up targets.

What You'll Do:

Conduct high-volume outreach to schedule and ensure completion of initial visits.
Use Nest's CRM to manage eligibility lists and track performance against daily and weekly goals.
Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and outreach algorithms.

What We're Looking For:

2-5 years of experience in telephonic sales, outreach, or customer service.
Healthcare or Medicaid experience is a plus, as is bilingual ability (Spanish).
You are an independent, entrepreneurial problem-solver with strong listening skills.
