Responsibilities:
- Own high-volume inbound patient and provider communication queues across phone, email, chat, and SMS.
- Serve as first point of contact, resolving inquiries in real time without unnecessary handoffs.
- Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments accurately with the care team.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years remote chat-based customer service experience, telehealth or digital health preferred.
- Fluency in healthcare terminology and experience in health insurance navigation.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR and CRM platforms like Salesforce and Athena Health.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $45,000 – $52,000 per year.
