Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with patients.
- Serve as new patient scheduling liaison for 16 clinics and telehealth visits.
- Manage and schedule new patient appointments and respond to inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited school.
- 1+ years of experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer relations.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.
