Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with patients and staff using phone, chat, email, fax, and mail to resolve inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments using a computerized system, determining appropriate time for each visit.
  • Escalate issues outside existing protocols to meet patient needs and attend training sessions for system upgrades.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • Ability to explain healthcare issues with empathy and coach patients in navigating the system.
  • Excellent English communication skills and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly range $20.08-$22.61 based on experience and education.
