Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound patient interactions to support scheduling of diagnostic imaging services across multiple service lines.
- Accurately document all interactions and schedule appointments while verifying insurance and patient information.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously and communicate professionally with patients and providers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; six months of healthcare contact center experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment with basic computer proficiency.
