Radiology Scheduler - Work from Home

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound patient interactions to support scheduling of diagnostic imaging services across multiple service lines.
• Accurately document all interactions and schedule appointments while verifying insurance and patient information.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously and communicate professionally with patients and providers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; six months of healthcare contact center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment with basic computer proficiency.
