Patient Engagement Specialist

Scheduling and Coordination:

• Efficiently schedule and coordinate medical appointments between patients and healthcare providers.
• Manage calendar appointments and send reminders to ensure timely healthcare delivery.
• Help patients complete Health Risk Assessments to prepare doctors before visits.

Communication and Patient Support:

• Answer calls from patients and prospective patients, reschedule appointments, and document all interactions.
• Facilitate effective communication between patients, healthcare providers, and other team members.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure patient satisfaction through effective problem-solving.

Technology and Documentation:

• Use CareTalk's platform, client systems, and tools hosted in Amazon Workspaces.
• Maintain documentation and record-keeping in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Support Remote Therapeutic Monitoring and Remote Patient Monitoring activities.
