Role Overview:
- Remote position for US or Korea based speakers of both Korean and English.
- Focus on supporting U.S. Medicare patients through virtual care enrollment.
Responsibilities:
- Make 8-15 outbound calls per hour to explain RPM and CCM programs.
- Answer Medicare-related questions and obtain verbal consent for enrollment.
- Document call notes and meet daily productivity targets.
Requirements:
- Prior U.S. healthcare or Medicare experience.
- Strong spoken English and Korean proficiency.
- Reliable internet and quiet home office.
Compensation:
- $5 per hour base plus performance incentives.
