Explain the program, confirm eligibility, guide applicants through enrollment, and conduct persistent follow-up.
Log all interactions in Zoho CRM and adhere to compliance procedures.

Requirements:

2+ years in phone sales, benefits enrollment, or similar role.
Excellent spoken English with neutral accent; CRM experience required.
Outbound calling required; inbound experience preferred.

Working Conditions:

40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, between 8 AM – 9 PM EST.
Independent contractor role with weekly payments.
Remote position open to candidates in the Philippines.
