Key Responsibilities:
- Perform consistent outbound outreach to community members using approved scripts and a natural, conversational approach.

Requirements:
- Bilingual English-Spanish required; strong phone communication and customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Close.io training provided) and Google Workspace tools.
- Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable with outbound calling and data entry.
