What You'll Do:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to existing healthcare plan members.
- Communicate in English and Spanish to explain services and schedule appointments.
- Accurately document call outcomes and meet performance expectations.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Previous outbound call center or appointment-setting experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment.
