New Bilingual Member Services Representative (English/Spanish)

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact, resolving member needs with warmth and professionalism in a single interaction.
• Guide members through enrollment, eligibility, device setup, and scheduling with genuine care.
• Maintain compliance, record interactions accurately, and provide operational support across multiple platforms.

• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred; coachable and dependable with consistent attendance.

Salary and Location:

• Remote position based in the US, with operating hours Monday-Saturday, 9am-8pm EST.
• Starting at $21/hour, with potential for permanent conversion after 90-day assignment.
