Responsibilities:
- Enjoy making outbound calls and reaching out to patients, members, and customers.
- Outreach to patients to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings.
- Make welcome calls and assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong computer experience with data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding.
- Excellent customer service and bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Wage of $15.50 per hour.
