Your Responsibilities:
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries with innovative solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening and de-escalation.
- Track call information for reporting and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience and typing speed of 25 wpm.
- Comfortable with Windows-based systems and have a dedicated workspace with Ethernet.
